Janice Nowinski lives and paints in Brooklyn, NY. Her ongoing painted conversations with the work of the masters have deepened her understanding and appreciation of the act of painting. Her still lifes and self portraits continue the thread and allow her to mine new areas of painterly investigations. Janice is currently the director of the Bowery Gallery in New York City.
